Stories from Enewetak: Neko Balik

Interviews with Elders:

Story of the World War II when the Japanese gave up everything. When the soldiers destroyed the lands, and had no power to do anything. They wanted to take over the islands but the Landowners of Enewetak did agree to it. When America filled up the sky with her airplanes and the oceans with her ships, the Japanese realized they had no choice but to surrender their control.

Today there are no people living on Runit. Because it’s really poisonous.

What can you do to help?
